Elite Hotel Investors Network was founded by Priyanshu (Pri) Adathakkar, licensed commercial real estate agent and commercial real estate investment advisor from Ohio associated with OwnerLand Realty. Pri is the CEO of Perfect RealEstate Investments, Ohio’s most trusted commercial real estate investment advisor. As hotel ownership gained popularity, Pri noticed a significant challenge: many potential investors were enthusiastic but lacked the necessary experience to succeed in this complex industry.
