- Turnkey Management: Full-service property management solutions for hassle-free investing.
- Hotel Brand Affiliation: Support in securing a franchise agreement with a reputable hotel brand.
- Financing Assistance: Help in finding and negotiating financing options.
- PIP & Key Money Negotiation: Negotiating favorable terms for property improvements and key money.
- Exit Strategy Formulation: Planning for a successful exit from your investment.
Fees

Free Basic Membership:
Free access to the platform and all its resources.

Investment Support Services:
3% of the project cost/investment and a 2% equity stake in the project. OR 5% of the project cost/investment.

May apply on certain projects; disclosed and negotiated separately.

Priced as quoted in writing upon agreement.
